This acronym stands for Information Coefficient. The correlation between planned and actual stock returns, sometimes used to measure the contribution of a financial analyst. An integrated circuit of 1.0 indicates a linear relationship perfect while an IC of 0.0 indicates no linear relationship between planned and actual yields.
